Projects outside Fayette County are entirely normal for us. Travel does not carry a surcharge within this radius.
Central Kentucky sits on clay. Clay does not absorb water at any useful rate, and Lexington cycles across freezing repeatedly through winter rather than staying frozen. Those two facts together determine how a base has to be built here, and they are the reason installation methods that work fine in Texas or Arizona produce ruts and puddles in Fayette County by year three.
