What we believe about turf

The base is the job. Turf is a commodity. Two installers quoting the same product can deliver results that diverge completely by year three, and the difference is almost always underneath. We excavate to depth, build graded aggregate, compact in lifts, and add drainage where Kentucky clay demands it.

Specify for the actual use. A yard with two large dogs needs different backing, pile and infill than a lightly used front lawn. Selling one product for every application is how pet areas end up smelling in August.

Sometimes the answer is no. If your lawn is thriving, if you enjoy lawn care, or if you are moving in eighteen months, we will say so. A yard we talk you out of costs us one job. A yard we sell you that you regret costs us more than that.

How we work

You call or request an estimate. We come out, measure, check grade and drainage, bring physical turf samples so you can see them in your own light, and give you a written price that does not move. If you go ahead, most residential yards are complete in one to two days.
